How long will the procedure take?
Depending on the scope of work needed, most procedures are completed within one appointment. You can expect the appointment to typically last 1 - 1.5 hours. Will I experience any pain following my visit? You may experience discomfort in the days following your extraction or root canal, which is a common occurrence. If you feel your pain level is out of the ordinary, feel free to call our staff at (409) 892-6026. Can I have a consultation and a procedure in the same day? This will depend on the specific needs of each patient. We strive to work efficiently, and will do our best to schedule your appointments in a way that has minimal effect on your calendar. Can I drive myself to my appointment? If you choose not to be sedated for your procedure, you may drive yourself to and from your appointment. If you are requesting sedation, you will need to arrange for a driver to bring you to and from your appointment. |
What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept most PPO's (Preferred Provider Organizations). If you are concerned that your insurance coverage may not be accepted, please contact our staff at (409) 892-6026. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIPS. What if my insurance is not accepted? CareCredit is a recommended form of payment at our office in lieu of insurance coverage. If you are not a CareCredit participant and would like more information, you can visit www.carecredit.com/apply to apply for an account. If you have more questions, a staff member will be able to assist you. If you are paying for your procedure with CareCredit, the account holder will need to be present with physical CareCredit card and a valid Photo ID. No exceptions. What type of payments do you accept? We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash, check via Telecheck, and CareCredit. |
CareCredit is recommended option for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses. Cardholders are often able to achieve a more comfortable finance term than typically offered on a traditional credit card.
